Overall my experience was good, nothing to rave or complain about. I went to the dealer already knowing exactly what I wanted. Thus it was just a matter of finding out if one with the exact specs I wanted was on the lot or if it would be required to be built. Thought some items throughout the process were a bit off putting I wouldn't be to critical as I understand "sales jargon/behaviour". Sale rep did a good job listening to the specs I wanted to build the vehicle while providing advice and recommendations to the best of her ability. The sale manager, in true sale person mode tried to convince me of other features I had clearly stated I had no interest, in hopes that I would possibly purchase something that was available on the lot or that could arrive sooner. I decided to finance my purchase. This part in the process could have been more transparent. I personally prefer to be provided with complete documents, as oppose to just being provide with the sheets or areas to sign. Constantly having to request to have all pages relating to what was being signed at that moment. I prefer to be able to take my time to read, understand and confirm what I'm signing. The finance rep, understood my disposition and tried to accommodate. None the less, the process went well.

I recently purchased a gently used Grand Cherokee Summit V8 from Islington Chrysler, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
