 1. Automated Phone System

The employee must call 1-866-785-8783 using a touch tone phone (assistance, if required, is available through the local Human Resources office), and follow a set of voice prompts described as follows:

Note: Before attempting to obtain a control number on the web or through the automated phone line, an employee/retiree must have the following information:

·         Employee / Retiree Master Number (for automated phone line)

·         Date of Birth

Dial the number and the call will proceed as follows (instructions for automated phone line):

 ·         Listen to the Canadian Welcome.

 ·         To generate a Control Number, press "1".

 ·         Prompt will then begin with rules and regulations about Control Numbers. When completed press "1" to acknowledge and accept rules.

 ·         Prompt will then list the eligible relatives for the Chrysler Canada Employee / Retiree New Vehicle Purchase / Lease Plan. Verify that the purchaser is eligible for the program.

 ·         Enter the EMPLOYEE / RETIREE MASTER NUMBER. As a reminder, each Chrysler Canada employee is given a master number. These master numbers are PERSONAL and PRIVATE. To maintain the employee?s privacy, this information should not be shared with anyone.

 ·         When prompted, enter EMPLOYEE / RETIREE BIRTH DATE.

 ·         Wait for Control Number to be created.

 ·         Record Control Number. The purchaser must present this Control Number to the Dealer upon the purchase of the vehicle. The Dealer must have the Control Number to process the purchase under the Chrysler Canada Employee / Retiree New Vehicle Purchase / Lease Plan.

 2. Chrysler Advantage Plan Website
